Andy holds a Master of Real Estate Development (MRED) from the University of Cambridge and a Bachelor’s degree in Urban Planning and Development from Oxford University. His portfolio also includes repositioned hotels, retail developments, and large-scale master-planned communities including a 5,000-acre development where he advanced the Specific Plan and Environmental Impact Review (EIR).
