Project Tiziana is the flagship development devised and conceived by Hallmark Villas and Investment Partners. Due to the success in sales of the first phase of 20 Villas in the Tiziana project and excellent progress of the construction, we are delighted to announce the second phase of the project. The second phase will comprise of 40 independent and contemporary villas with landscaped gardens and private swimming pools.

Situated on an impressive plot of ancient olives and pines just to the east of Marbella town, each villa occupies a plot of approximately 800 m2 with a total area ranging from 363 m2 to 449 m2. The concept of Project Tiziana was a vision of contemporary and modern design with large terraces, open plan interiors flooded by natural light from oversized window panels that retract into recessed spaces. There are 4 different designs of 3 bedroom villas and 2 different designs of 4 bedrooms villas to choose from.
